Darts is a precision sport that most people associate with dartboards, but for people who have never personally played a full game, many don't even know how it's scored. As a result, it's been relegated to people with a specialized interest while the general public watches larger-scale spectator sports whose scores are easily tallied by summing up the total number of goals and the winner is whoever finishes with the most.
